ATB has been telling stories since 2010, picking a theme each week and using short form documentary, personal narrative, interviews, and fiction to tell our stories. The response to this call out has far exceeded our expectations and it’s taking some time to go through the applications. On completion of the course you will be expected to make one story each month for All The Best. Or if you’re coming on as a reviewer for FBi, we’ll expect one review each fortnight like clockwork. The free course will run over four, 3-hour long sessions that’ll cover writing and interviewing for radio, storytelling, audio editing using pro tools, using portable media recorders and more. A member of our MSK team staffs our teleradiology service 7 days per week to interpret studies. In November, FBi will be running an intensive training course focused on making short pre-produced radio pieces.
